Intent to Compete
Every team planning on competing in Phase II (regardless of participation in Phase I) must submit a Phase II Registration Form. Only electronic signatures are required on this form. Participation in Phase I is not a requirement for participation in Phase II. However, if you plan to compete in Phase II but did not compete in Phase I, the committee requires an executive summary submission and a brief written statement (explaining why you did not participate in Phase I) along with your Phase II Registration Form by the noted deadline. Note that only executive summaries submitted by the Phase I deadline are eligible for Phase I prizes.

Deliverable: Full Business Plan
Plans include information on the product, market research, management team, operational plan, legal and strategic risks and capital/financial plan. Business plans will be evaluated by several judges with various expertise (Resources). The business plan cannot exceed 30 pages, including executive summary, financials, and any appendices.
